Holy crap. Where has the time gone? Since the last post, I ran one more Chicago Trail Series race, and then we left Chicago for Colorado. It's beautiful here, and there are trails all over the place. What there isn't here is any flat places to run, other than the dreaded treadmill. We're also at 7600' or so, and I don't know how long it will take to get used to that.
Things have changed a lot and I intend to get back on the blogging horse presently.
